How to Request Deletion
- Send a request from the email address tied to your account, if available.
- Include enough information to identify your account or project.
- State that you want your account data and generated media deleted.
What We Delete
A deletion request may include removal of:
- Account identifiers associated with the app.
- Job history, scripts, prompts, and progress records.
- Uploaded avatars and generated media files stored by the app.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited information when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our terms.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are handled within a reasonable period after identity or account ownership is verified.
Facebook Login Data
If you used Facebook Login with the app, you may also remove the app from your Facebook account settings. That action stops future access from Facebook, but a separate deletion request may still be required to remove data already stored by the app.
